How long until my sectional arrives?
At Cozy Era Living, we're known for our fast and professional delivery. For in-stock sectionals, we often offer same-day or next-day delivery, depending on availability. You can choose priority delivery or schedule delivery for a later date that works best for you. We also offer both curbside and white glove delivery services to suit your needs.
Where can I view your sofas in person?
Cozy Era Living has one showroom location at 2602 Mt. Lehman Road, Abbotsford, BC. You're welcome to visit us during our regular showroom hours to explore our selection. If our regular hours don't work for you, you can also book an appointment for an early morning or evening viewing. We're always happy to accommodate your schedule and help you find the perfect sofa.
How far do you deliver?
Cozy Era Living is a small local business with our own in-house delivery team. We proudly deliver throughout the Lower Mainland, Kelowna, and many surrounding areas. Not sure if we deliver to your city? Simply give us a call or send us a message—we'll be happy to let you know and provide a delivery quote if needed.
Do your new sofas come with a warranty?
Yes! All of our brand-new sofas include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects, giving you added peace of mind with your purchase.
