At Cozy Era Living, we value transparency and want every customer to feel confident before making a purchase. Please review the policy below carefully.
General Policy
Due to the nature of furniture products, delivery logistics, and custom ordering, most purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated below.
We encourage all customers to confirm dimensions, access points, colours, and product details before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Brief description of the concern
After review, Cozy Era Living may offer an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, parts replacement, store credit, or other reasonable resolution depending on the situation.
Brand New In-Stock Items
In select cases, an exchange request may be considered if:
- Request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- Item is unused
- Item remains in original packaging
- Item has not been delivered, assembled, or modified
If approved:
- A 30% restocking fee may apply
- Delivery, pickup, and transportation fees are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return logistics
- Exchange is subject to product availability
Approval of an exchange is at the discretion of Cozy Era Living.
Custom Orders
Custom-made furniture is produced specifically for the customer.
Once production, material ordering, or customization has begun:
- Orders become final sale
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Orders cannot be cancelled or returned
Estimated timelines may vary depending on manufacturing and shipping conditions.
Pre-Owned Items
Pre-owned furniture is sold as-is and final sale.
Normal prior use, minor cosmetic wear, fabric softening, or age-related imperfections are not considered defects.
Measurements & Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased items fit through:
- Entrances
- Hallways
- Stairwells
- Elevators
- Doorways
- Interior spaces
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, incorrect measurements, or customer refusal:
- Delivery fees remain non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply
- Additional pickup or storage charges may apply
Product Variations
Due to lighting, screen settings, handcrafted production, and fabric dye lots, slight variations in colour, dimensions, texture, firmness, or appearance may occur and are considered normal.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Cozy Era Living first to allow reasonable opportunity to resolve concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting order documentation, communication records, and proof of policy acceptance.
