Pre-Order Policy
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it officially arrives in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item in advance and guarantee delivery once it becomes available.
Estimated Arrival Dates
Each pre-order product will display an estimated arrival date (e.g., “Expected to arrive around November 3rd”).
Please note that this date is an estimate only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays. If any significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to reserve your item.
Delivery
Once your pre-ordered item arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule delivery.
Free local delivery applies to eligible areas within the Lower Mainland.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders are considered final sale.
Cancellations or refunds are not available once your order is placed, as inventory is reserved specifically for you.
However, if there are unexpected delays beyond 30 days from the estimated arrival date, you may request a refund or store credit.
Display Models
Some pre-order products may have a display model available for viewing at our Cozy Era Living showroom in Abbotsford. If no display model is available, it will be stated on the product page.
