1. Do I need an appointment to visit?
You only need an appointment if you’d like to view a pre-owned item. Since we have limited space, we want to make sure the right piece is on display before you come in. For brand new models, you’re welcome to visit during our regular showroom hours.

2. Are the pre-owned couches cleaned?
Yes, all of our pre-owned couches are professionally cleaned and sanitized. We use a professional extractor and high-quality solutions to ensure each piece is fresh, clean, and ready for a new home.

3. Do I have to pay tax at Cozy Era Living?
Yes, as required by law we charge 12% tax (GST + PST) on both pre-owned and brand new models.

4. Do you provide a warranty?
Pre-owned items are final sale and come with no warranty.

 Brand new items include a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

5. Do you keep many couches in stock?
Pre-owned models are one-of-a-kind, so we only have one of each. Brand new models are also limited stock and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

6. How soon can you deliver?
We deliver within 5 days of purchase, and in many cases, even the same day.

7. What are the payment methods?
We accept cash, debit, Visa debit, and e-transfer. Visa credit card payments are also accepted with a 2.5% processing fee.
