One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Cozy Era Living provides a one-year manufacturer warranty on brand-new models, starting from the date of purchase . No warranty applies to pre-owned, display, or open-box items.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturer defects only, including defects in workmanship, or mechanical components under normal residential use.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Customer-caused damage

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

Accidental damage, spills, pets, or environmental conditions

Fabric pilling

Unauthorized modifications or repairs etc.

Do Not Attempt Repairs

If any mechanical or de-mechanism component stops working, do not attempt to repair it yourself.
Any self-repair or third-party repair will void the warranty.

Warranty Service

We will arrange for an authorized technician to inspect and service the product.

If a part requires replacement, it will be ordered directly from the manufacturer and installed by our technician.

Product Replacement

In the event that a full couch replacement is required:

A new couch will be ordered from the manufacturer.

Replacement orders may take up to 3 months, depending on manufacturer production timelines and availability.

Proof of Purchase

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase.
