Warranty Policy

One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Cozy Era Living provides a one-year manufacturer warranty on eligible brand-new furniture models, beginning from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Eligibility

This warranty applies to:

  • Brand-new items purchased from Cozy Era Living
  • Original purchaser only
  • Products used under normal residential conditions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Pre-owned items
  • Display models
  • Open-box items
  • Clearance or final sale items unless otherwise stated in writing

What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and manufacturer approval, this warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Mechanical component failures
  • Faulty workmanship
  • Structural defects caused by manufacturing error

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cushion softening through regular use
  • Fabric pilling
  • Fading, staining, spills, pet damage, odours, or moisture damage
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Damage caused during customer moving or relocation
  • Cosmetic issues reported after delivery acceptance
  • Minor variations in comfort, colour, grain, stitching, or dimensions within normal tolerance

Unauthorized Repairs

Customers must not attempt self-repair or use third-party repair services without written approval.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void this warranty.

How to Request Warranty Service

  • Full name
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos / videos of the issue
  • Brief description of concern

Resolution Process

After review, Cozy Era Living and/or the manufacturer may choose one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement part
  • Repair service
  • Technician visit
  • Product replacement
  • Alternative reasonable solution

The chosen remedy is at the discretion of Cozy Era Living and the manufacturer.

Replacement Timelines

If replacement parts or a full replacement are required, timelines may vary depending on production schedules, shipping, and parts availability. In some cases, replacements may take up to 3 months or longer.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components and does not include refunds, incidental costs, labour not authorized in advance, or consequential damages.
