Free Local Delivery
We are pleased to offer free local delivery within 15 km of our showroom in Abbotsford.
This service includes curbside drop-off only.
Please note that delivery does not include bringing the sofa inside your home.
Delivery beyond 15 km is available for an additional fee based on distance and location.
Delivery Details
All sofas are carefully stretch-wrapped and transported in a cargo van to ensure they arrive clean, protected, and in excellent condition.
Deliveries are scheduled within a specific date and time window. While we always aim to be punctual, minor delays may occasionally occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
You will be contacted in advance to confirm all delivery details.
📦 Pre-owned sofas must be delivered within 3 days of purchase.
In-Home / White Glove Delivery
If you would like your sofa brought inside your home, white glove delivery must be arranged in advance.
Additional charges may apply depending on:
- stairs
- narrow hallways or doorways
- elevator access
- long carrying distances
- complex building access
Before Delivery – Please Read
To ensure a smooth delivery, please:
- make sure all entrances, hallways, stairwells, and elevators are clear
- ensure easy access to the delivery area
- keep children and pets away for safety
Our delivery team is not responsible for moving or rearranging existing furniture.
If possible, lowering the room temperature in the assembly area is appreciated.
Fit & Access Responsibility
We do not take responsibility if the item cannot be delivered or placed due to size or access limitations (including stairways, hallways, elevators, or entryways).
If the item is brand new and remains in its original packaging, we may accept a return at our discretion. If approved, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
